libvorbis --disable-static

Is there any particular reason for disabling static libraries of libvorbis? Some projects can;t be build without those libs.

I suggest opening a bug on this, and doing it soon, since there's an update coming for libvorbis anyway and it'd be nice to get this in at the same time.
