Huawei MateBook 16 (CREM-WFD9), with the sound card CX11970.
Upon a fresh installation using Pipewire (I have also attempted with PulseAudio), I have encountered a problem where the laptop speakers do not function properly. However, when I connect headphones, they do work properly.
Here is the output of:
sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*

could you explain what exactly you did? I'm not sure what you mean by adapter. I'm facing the same issue
As a laptop user, I have to use an external power source for my speaker. And here I use charger adapter. For better clarification, you can see this link
]]>Known issue with xwayland on nvidia currently, can be somewhat mitigated with https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xorg … t-sync-git --- but that's only properly fixed once the general rest of the stack gets explicit sync merged.
Well i guess then i can't do anything for now, tried explicit sync aur package nothing really changed for me

Weirdly enough, when I go into alsamixer it shows a pipewire card, insead of my real card, the pipewire card has only 2 devices, one playback and one recording, but if I choose the real card I can see all the devices correctly. Another weird thing is that if I select pro-audio profile, while I get a lot of devices, most of them are unusable, the playback audio becomes very low volume and the recording devices just don´t work.
Right now I'm using the stereo duplex profile.
What id like is to have another recording device mapped to line in, instead of one recording device with from which I can choose mic or line-in, exclusively.

(They'll show up in your system journal)
The same page lists steps to verify that Bluez was compiled with said modules. I did them, and I can confirm, my Bluez does contain the wiimote module.
I've even gone so far as to build Bluez myself with --enable-wiimote added in the PKGBUILD. Still, my wiimote asks for a PIN, even after reboot.
Can someone help ?
]]>To this end, you can amend the pipewire-pulse configuration like so:
$EDITOR ~/.config/pipewire/pipewire-pulse.conf.d/pulse-server.conf
# lsof -i :4713 - to check if it's running
# then export PULSE_SERVER="tcp:127.0.0.1:4713" for apps to use it over tcp
pulse.properties = {
server.address = [
"unix:native"
"tcp:4713" # IPv4 and IPv6 on all addresses
]
}
-Are this linux native games?
yes https://imgur.com/a/RceLp0R
-Have this games ever worked in the past?
The Steam version works perfectly on a freshly installed Debian. The pirated version of the game works perfectly on Arch
]]>options snd-hda-intel model=alc295-acer,dell-headset-multi
in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf, reboot, and select headset on microphone settings and will works
-- Edit:
Check if you have the pipewire-pulse installed and remove, as rm -rf $HOME/.config/pulse too
