OK, this is getting very weird: I tried to use those subs on a different rip and MPlayer decided to display the right subs. I checked again and now MPlayer actually has no problems with the subs I ripped. :?
Wtf, I don't get. It works but I have no idea why.
]]>However, with the other chapters, the .sub, .ifo and .idx files I get seem to be unusable: MPlayer nor Xine nor VLC will show the subs. MPlayer says it doesn't recognize them.
I've tried other programs to rip them, but not luck. If I play the DVD and enable the subs, their shown so the subs really are on the DVD.
Does anyone know how to get them off?
