As for adding applications I would say open a terminal and install them, if you really need them to carry around then use settings found on archiso site [for persistence]
Do have to add a README for keyboard shortcuts at some point, currently gmrun and dmenu are installed but as I do not use them day to day they may be next to go.

No Archbox installer is included but I am shipping iso with arch-install-scripts.
At this time I only have xf86-video-vesa and intel video drivers installed
This is very much work in progress, testing under virtualbox is recommended
Very aware of views towards live versions of Arch. More of a personal project that may have little use to anyone else. Archbox does however show what can be done with archiso scripts.
