Further more.. How can I verify that the resolution and refresh rate is actually working?
I had a play around with grub's command line
vbeinfo vbetest
...but had no luck.

Not really sure it will work, but worth a try.]]>https://bbs.archlinux.org/profile.php?id=593612013-01-09T18:24:04Zhttps://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1215758#p1215758Is it possible to set a refresh rate in grub / grub 2 ? I've set the resolution easy enough, but I need 75hz refresh instead of default 60hz or else it defaults to a lower resolution.
