If you, too, are using Archbang, you should ask on their forums. If you are using Arch, you need to post the errors etc. which you see here so that people can see what is going on. Does this happen whenever you open particular programmes from Konsole, for example? If so, which programmes? Are the errors the same? Is your system up to date?

So you will have to configure KDE from the scratch, but will work.
When updated my system KDE didn't even start, now I don't have notifications, configuration for two screens doesn't work as expected, and many more bugs than KDE 4.9
I almost had forgotten why do most people hate Linux until this update.
Configuring KDE from the scratch does nothing for me though.
Any ideas on "property "Drive" does not exist" problem?
I may just not have noticed with systray since plasma crashed with my old config and I had to redo plasma config from scratch. Three or four times, actually. (Don't use Lancelot widget in 4.10! plasma segfaults with it very reliably.)
]]>arandr seems to do a much better job but now somebody has mentioned kscreen, I'm wondering if that might not integrate better with KDE and make things a bit smoother?
Not much idea about display cloning as I don't use it, but it seems to work with kscreen from a quick test just now.
The neatest thing about kscreen for me is that it (finally) remembers the config you've set for a particular set of screens and will automatically apply it when you connect or disconnect monitors. I don't know how well this works if you've got multiple external monitors you switch between.
By the way, I don't think the notifications widget in the systray is new as I was using it under 4.9.xx but I don't remember when it appeared.
I was under the impression that it was built-in to the systray before and now has been rewritten as a separate QML widget, at any rate it may end up disabled when you update.

]]>Anyway, did you ensure that the notifications widget is enabled in the systray settings as per my earlier post? It's a new addition for 4.10 and is listed under extra items.
What has happened to the multiscreen config? You might want to consider installing kscreen (currently from the AUR) as that improves multiscreen handling considerably, I believe it's on track to be included in future kde releases in place of the current multiscreen setups.

Did you come here to look for solutions to the problems you mention or to rant? If the latter, you're in the wrong place.
Offtopic
I came here looking for a solution to my KDE 4.10 problems, even thoug I didn't find it, gave an answer to jahid65's question.
Why did you write here such an offtopic? did you ever read forum rules?
I upgraded from KDE 4.9.5 to KDE 4.10.0 couple of days ago using official repo. But I have got some problems after upgrading. Whenever I try to open files in kwrite, gwenview or okular, they crash. Kate does not even start at all.
Here is the terminal output when opening pdf file(I opend okular from terminal)
[jahidul@archbang ~]$ okular okular(1397)/kdecore (KConfigSkeleton) KCoreConfigSkeleton::writeConfig: okular(1397)/kdecore (KConfigSkeleton) KCoreConfigSkeleton::writeConfig: okular(1397)/kdecore (KConfigSkeleton) KCoreConfigSkeleton::writeConfig: okular(1397)/kdecore (KConfigSkeleton) KCoreConfigSkeleton::writeConfig: okular(1397)/kdecore (KConfigSkeleton) KCoreConfigSkeleton::writeConfig: "/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/drives/Hitachi_HDS721025CLA382_JPA340HM2ARRLB" : property "Drive" does not exist "/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/drives/Floppy_Drive" : property "Drive" does not exist "/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/fd0" : property "Name" does not exist "/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/drives/Floppy_Drive" : property "DeviceNumber" does not exist "/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/drives/Floppy_Drive" : property "Device" does not exist okular(1397) KSambaSharePrivate::findSmbConf: KSambaShare: Could not find smb.conf! okular: symbol lookup error: okular: undefined symbol: _ZN11KActivities16ResourceInstanceC1EmP7QObject [jahidul@archbang ~]$
