Ok, I solved it by changing /etc/bumblebee/bumblebee.conf. modules are not at /usr/lib/nvidia-bumblebee anymore but at /usr/lib/nvidia. apparently installing nvidia-bumblebee and nvidia-utils-bumblebee is not necessary anymore.
