sudo pacman -Sc
worked like a charm.
]]>Edit:…and its back.
]]>EDIT: If I can find the image, I can manage to view it but finding it is the thing... all rather odd.
]]>@OP, I have been through this before, but simply starting over let things et back to normal. When you tried the first suggestion, did you delete only ~/.dropbox or did you also delete ~/Dropbox? I had to delete both in order to make it work. That way, I just reconfigured, and let it repopulate a newly created ~/Dropbox directory.
]]>But given the last line of what you posted from the error message, at0m5k's suggestion looks right. Indeed, I'd have expected that to be the first suggestion from the wiki you'd try given the error message.
If that doesn't work, in addition to what was update and what you tried, please tell us whether your system is up to date and which dropbox packages you are using and which versions.
]]>It only started to happen to me after my recent update. And at first I saw it give some error messages about ibus when I tried to start it via terminal.
