The middle stem of the 'm' being off the baseline is *very* distinctive. The only fonts I can think of with it are Lekton (obviously not it) and Ubuntu Mono (also obviously not it). The 0, l, and curved w are also quite distinctive.
It's definitely not any of the monospaced or bitmaps fonts you commonly hear bandied about like Monaco, Anonymous Pro, Envy Code R, etc. or Dina, ProFont, Terminus, etc. It could be a Terminus clone/variant. Some of the Proggy fonts are pretty close, so it could be a split from that, too (cf. Coding Font Tobi, which does have the raised stem).
