Hello jpgrego,
Try downgrading to bluez4/pulseaudio4 in aur . Bluez4/Pulseaudio4 works perfect for me with Nokia BH 503 but in *Debian Jessie/ubuntu 13.10/14.04, I have no tried on Arch because I don't like downgrade things and i was using Gnome3.12 where bluez5 and pulseaudio5 is a dependency
Already tried that, didn't help though unfortunately... thank you for your suggestion anyway!
I had those problems for months on my laptop. Perfect bluetooth audio experience on Windows, unusable on Linux. It finally got solved with bluez-5 and pulseaudio-5. So it may come down to poor bluetooth support for your current chipset.
Yeah, I suspect that's it. My bluetooth adapter is embedded on the wifi adapter, so they're both from Broadcom (BCM4313) and god knows the problems I had with wifi already. Broadcom doesn't seem to have good support for linux.

]]>I recently bought a pair of bluetooth headphones, August EP650. They work perfectly on Windows 7, no skipping, great quality. However, in Arch they play ok for a few seconds and then start to skip badly and lag behind (for example, if I pause whatever I'm hearing, I only hear it pausing a few moments later).
I googled hard all day yesterday to try and find a solution but no luck so far.

I'm using the latest pulseaudio and bluez, pairing and connecting using bluetoothctl.
