If this is an Intel-based machine, have you tried making sure the microcode is installed?

Anyone have any clue?
]]>I did already have a EFI partition that was put there by Windows 10. I went through and installed systemd-boot on the EFI partition again (I'm 99% sure I did this the first time) but it's possible I installed it to the USB instead of the SSD.
Anyway, everything is working perfectly now so this can be closed. Thanks for the help.
]]># parted -l
# efibootmgr -v
Leave the USB stick plugged in when you run these commands.
]]>My problem is now that I've gotten to a situation where the computer will only get past the POST screen if I have the Arch LiveUSB plugged in, and then goes to the systemd-boot menu where both Arch and Windows have an entry that works correctly.
It's not booting the live USB either, and if I don't have the stick plugged in, I can't even hit "delete" to get to the UEFI/bios, it just repeatedly restarts after the post screen. And also, the POST screen looks cut off at the top unless the stick is plugged in (????).
Any clue what I messed up here and how to fix it? I'm genuinely stumped as to what I might have done here. I installed using the beginner's guide.
