env GTK_DATA_PREFIX= anydesk
This will prevent it from finding any GTK theme, so it will stick to the default (Raleigh) which is a light one. It looks ugly though, I hope you don't mind. It seems like the GTK2_RC_FILES variable doesn't affect AnyDesk, so you can't change the theme to another light one of your liking.
If you want to set this to be the default when you run AnyDesk from your menu, you might want to install and run alacarte. From there, look for the AnyDesk menu entry and change its command to:
env GTK_DATA_PREFIX= anydesk %u
Otherwise, you can do the same thing by editing /usr/share/applications/anydesk.desktop
]]>i recently installed the anydesk-bin 5.5.6-1 package from AUR, so far it works great.
But the background is stille white and the font color a very bright so i can not read the text very good.
Can i set the background color specificly for this app?
Or there any other ideas?
I am using gnome desktop 3.36 with adwaita-dark theme.
Thanks for advance
