Pretty nice. I'm guessing that's Thunar? A tad offtopic, do you keep your movies on a network drive, or locally?
Nope, that's Nautilus. And yeah, I keep a folder full of movies locally, but every now and then I'll burn them off onto disc and regain the space on the drive.

Same screenshot as previous, but this time with a different menu settings which I think is better. Comment?
Yup just great! (except for the wallpaper...)
Care to share conky.rc, pypanel config and tell me where that wmtheme can be found?
Thanks
conkyrc: http://paste.uni.cc/11211
pypanelrc: http://paste.uni.cc/11216
theme: http://www.speedyshare.com/329546645.html (uses the color of currently used gtk theme on menu text only)
If you want a weather script in conky, get it from prim at http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=26162

And in the second screenshot I slightly modified archstat (aka themes.pl or info.pl) to get the name of current wallpaper. And you know you love that I am listening to JerryC's Canon Rock via MPD+Sonata.
Is that pypanel? if so, did you use devilspie to make it go away from the edge of the screen?
He probably just modified the .pypnalrc spacing and location variables.
I used rab's patch to pypanel that adds buffers to the side and top.
