It explains that the modem need to be in a certain mode to be used as a Ethernet adapter otherwise it always mount as a cd drive

The problem is that i am not able to switch to "Ethernet mode" using this command

can't get debug descriptor: Resource temporarily unavailable

The modem cd is not even mounted and when I plugged it into a windows pc the cd drive of the modem mounted but there was just an autorun inf file and a window exe file
there were no linux drivers not even mac os drivers.
Can someone please help me?
