I've got the same problem... downgrading from kernel 5.16.15 to 5.16.14 is a temporary fix for me.
Downgrading kernel to 5.16.14 did fix the issue for me as well: no more network disconnections and wireless speeds are stable again. Thanks!
]]>(no solution, and I have the same problem, just trying to consolidate threads and add more evidence that it's likely an issue related to to recent update, rather than hardware/wifi quality).
]]>Things I've tried:
sudo pacman -Syu
Stopping NetworkManager.service with systemctl, then restarting (made no difference)
Looked for dhcpcd.service (was neither running nor enabled)
Ensured power_save is off --
iw wlp5s0 get power_save
returns "Power save: off"
Running
nm-applet --no-agent
shows me that, when I disconnect, the WiFi I usually connect to is still listed, I'm just disconnected from it.

Let me know if I can provide any further information. Thank you in advance!
Edit: I should note that I run Arch dual-booted alongside Windows 10 (I know, sorry) on 1 machine. This issue does not persist into the Windows side, nor to my other devices on the same network.
