when upgrading kde (e.g. from 3.1.y to 3.2.x), try not to do this in a konsole or xterm while running kde ... run pacman -Suy in console NOT running kde/.. the same time

I've completely uninstalled it! Many times my icons have disappeared, messed up menus, and two, count them two, times my whole computer has crashed. Alt-CTRL-f1 didnt even work!
