To do that create a .conf file in modprobe.d
# cat /etc/modprobe.d/disable_autosuspend.conf
options btusb enable_autosuspend=n
reboot
check if parameter is set correctly
# systool -v -m btusb | grep autosuspend
enable_autosuspend = "N"

I restarted laptop then it worked but after sometimes same problem again.
