instructions are for a custom package manager (brew/homebrew) and use that to build custom bazelisk and llvm/clang packages.
There is a brew-git pacakge in aur, but the whole instructions read as something intended for per user installation instead of a systenwide package.

I did not find some how-to guide video to do it. I started reading bazel tool.
Later, I will be fine to create a nice PKGBUILD. Starting with
$ cp /usr/share/pacman/PKGBUILD-vcs.proto .
And for sure, if it is useful for other people, upload to AUR.
