I'd be surprised if Vista's Kernel could be tweaked that far. I suggest looking for a fix elsewhere, reverting to XP or switching to Linux for playing WoW (which would be the first case I heard of that a gamer switched from Windows to Linux for playing a fairly new game
Yes. You should switch to linux for a better gaming experience. That's gonna be big. If you do that, notify linux.com about it right away

2) do a makepkg
3) wait until package is built
4) pacman -U $package
5) follow the instructions which appear
