Is there any other way to get KDE 3.5 on my machine? I'd much rather use it than KDE 4. Thanks.

You could try the Arch Rollback Machine. I don't know how far back it has records for, but you could take a look:

EDIT: Never mind...KDE 3.5 is way older than how far back the ARM goes.
