]]>but it seems there isn't yet an scsci-version of version 3 of kernel 2.6.8.1. For now I can burn cdr's which is what I needed, but I suppose I have to wait (or if needed compile my own kernel like you said) if I want to burn audio-cd's.

]]>if not then nagivgate into the cvs repository (web interface version) and then navigate into the kernel26 directory and there you can download whatever files you need to build the 2.6.7 kernel package. Make sure you have all the supporting files needed.
