Well, libstdc++ comes with gcc. However, the program you want to install seems to want a different (older) version of this library. The best solution would be to compile it with the current version of gcc, but this is if course impossible if the source code is not available to you. You can try to make a soft link to /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6, but it will probably not work.My advice to you is to use a non-commercial, open-source player like mplayer or xine.
