I don't know if someone mentioned it already (I haven't been through the entire thread), but the download page still mentions that the included kernel is 2.6.28-ARCH. Someone please correct this.
thanks. I ['ve made Pierre] fix it
]]>Central European Standard Time = GMT+1
Central European Summer Time = GMT+2
Since it's summer time we are 2h +
Excuse me then, no problems found on my behalf in the installer...
thnx GerBra
]]>According for Belgrad:
$ TZ="Europe/Belgrade" date
Fr 28. Aug 12:18:08 CEST 2009
$ TZ="Europe/Belgrade" date -u
Fr 28. Aug 10:18:45 UTC 2009
So the installer should set your local timezone to GMT+2 (Fr 28. Aug 12:18:08 CEST 2009) and your hwclock (cause you use UTC, not localtime) to 28. Aug 10:18:08.

http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/2149You could try to enable VT-x/AMD-V on your Guest if your host cpu support this.
This is nothing special with 2009.08 images....
Thanks!

Thank you for information. Now it's working.
Neither AIF nor arch-installer have any sound routines....
But hey, maybe we could play nice techno samples while pacman is downloading/installing packages.... ;-)
And directly after AIF start the bells intro from "Hells Bells" ...
But seriously: maybe you have to load a kernel pc speaker sound module or something....
ROTFL, Why not. Sabayon installer got music.
The biggest problem with GNU/Linux distros I have, is connected with sound.:mad:

Second bug or something, I have headphones plugged in front audio jack and noticed that there is no beep signal in headphones, like it was in 2009.02 installer.
