So it's not working on XFCE4
I was able to launch TweetDeck from the Terminal after executing this command (gnome-keyring has to be running)
export GNOME_DESKTOP_SESSION_ID=1
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/492/cpsid_49267.html
Place this in your .bashrc
alias tweetdeck='export GNOME_DESKTOP_SESSION_ID=1 && adobe-air /opt/tweetdeck/TweetDeck_0_34.2.air'
and you can launch tweeteck by just typing "tweetdeck"

Well, you see it just launches fine but this is what I get *now that I've tried in terminal*

Tweetdeck finalizes launching but only the main panel, doesn't launch columns/asks me to sign in
]]>It just opens, but nothing else, no errors in terminal, nada. I deleted the configuration files, re-opened, still the same.
Is anyone having the same problem? Is it tweetdeck or adobe-air?
