]]>I have solved the problem with KMS. The parameter new_pll=0 should be past to the radeon kernel module. I added radeon.new_pll=0 to my kernel boot line in menu.lst and added
options radeon new_pll=0
in /etc/modprobe.d/radeon.conf. Now everything works fine with KMS enabled.
Just registered an account to say that this = WORKS AMAZING!
I had to boot as "nomodeset" just run anything other than 2d.
This has went into my file for my next install.

and removed radeon hook from mkinitcpio.conf). But I had to disable compiz effects in KDE because it crashes otherwise (with KMS enabled everything was OK). So, still waiting for normal solution...
