I have Win XP SP3 with VBox and I've installed Arch Linux successfully on a virtual machine. However, I'm a newbie and I don't know how to get networking on the guest. The virtual machine's network adapter is attached to NAT. I've tried the default dhcp configuration in the beginner's guide, but I can't install a package in pacman, and ping doesn't work. I also tried defining the nameservers in resolv.conf but dhcpcd had gotten them right already, so that's not the problem. Any help?
