Identify compile options in a given package

Is there a way which you can identify which compile options were used in a given package?

For instance - can I look into the base "php" package php-5.3.2-6-i686.pkg.tar.xz to find out which options were compiled into it? I find I have to do my own install from source. I know that whatever defaults were used in the "php" package will work for me with the exception of needing to add "--with-mssql". I'd rather not start from scratch so it would be good if I could see what options were used in "php" and add on mine when I install from source. pacman -Qi, .PKGINFO, and the package info I find on archlinux.org doesn't seem to spell it out, but it makes sense that this information would be available from somewhere.

abs

1. It will tell you how the official package was compiled

2. It's better than compiling "by hand"
