Can't access TTY

how can i change the gnome or kde to the terminal mode in arch?

when i use ubuntu,i can use the ctrl+alt+f1-f6 to change the mode ,but in the arch ,i do that,it doesn't work.
i posted the /etc/inittab in the bottom.

I'm confused. "Ctrl + Alt + F1 - F6" should work like it does in Ubuntu. sad

thanks a lot for ur help .i edit the file follow the dircetion on that webpage,but i can't find any file like xorg.conf,so i touch one .when i have dont that,it still doesn't work now .i am confused now.thanks a lot ,i still need your kindly help.

another question.i want to link to the webpage just like youtube.com,and facebook.com which out of the china,but the government have done something to prevent us.so i want to know ,how can i acheieve that.i don't familiar the proxy anyway.thanks a lot for that.
