Troubles installing arch VMware

I'm following this guide:

And I've installed open-vm-tools. Now when I type /etc/rc.d/open-vm-tools start I get an error.
:: Starting Open Virtual Machine Tools                                                                                         [BUSY]
FATAL: Module vmblock not found.                                                                                               [FAIL]

Anybody know why?
