BCM4313 [14e4:4727] driver installation

Hello everyone,
I am using DELL inspiron N5010.
I succeeded in installation of arch linux after so many trials. Finally I am unable to configure wireless setup.
I read so many topics and posts but all are making me cunfused.but at last I decided to install Broadcom 802.11abgn hybrid Linux networking device driver
from broadcom website by using instructions given in readme.txt file.
So kindly help me regarding this issue.........
I updated my system and I have kernel 2.6.37 version. I read somewhere that  kernel 2.6.37 contains Broadcom 802.11abgn hybrid Linux networking device driver.
But I am new to linux thats why I am unable to figure it out if kernel 2.6.37 contains this module means how can do furthur procedure to make it enable.
commands and terminology is little bit hard for me to understand now. so plz guide me step by step in installing drivers for wireless chipset BCM4313[14e4:4727].
