[SOLVED] Windowmaker Menu generation

Hello there

I've been using arch linux for a while now, and wanted to give Windowmaker a spin. But there is one thing that pains me, and that is the lack of a generated menu, like in xfce or GNOME. I have looked at the xdg page on the archwiki, but it dos'nt explain in wich file i should include the generated menu file. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance

Re: [SOLVED] Windowmaker Menu generation

Use WPrefs and in  "Application Menu Definitions" insert "External Submenu" pointing to your generated menu file. Or, simply use "Generated Submenu" -- it takes command output as menu, so  it's always current, but may give noticeable lag.

Re: [SOLVED] Windowmaker Menu generation

Thanks for the reply! it worked like a charm.
I'll modify the xdg_menu wiki page to make it a bit more clear on the Windowmaker Part.
