Hi,
Bluetooth was working fine, not sure what I did but suddenly it started behaving in the following way:
When do 'startx' xorg, gnome startup just fine. But mysteriously enough bluetooth isn't enabled (the icon is in the panel)
When I click disable bluetooth en then enable (or i just type: '/etc/rc.d/bluetooth start') then it works
This is my DAEMONS ARRAY
DAEMONS=(syslog-ng @network @dbus @bluetooth netfs @crond @net-auto-wireless @cups @networkmanager !wicd @fam @samba @ntpd )
Any idea?
Thanks!

That is what it says in the wiki but I find it to be untrue. If I just have the wicd daemon enabled it doesn't start until X. However, if I have the network daemon enabled as well wlan connects at runlevel 3.
Regardless, I'd try to put the bluetooth daemon at the end (also backgrounded) and see what gives...

I was a bit messing with some things to improve boot performance (see Wikipedia article)
I've backgrounded some more daemons (as suggested). And then i'm not sure, but it might be the moment where it all started.
Maybe i should try uncommenting all processes and see what happens!

This actually worked!
I remember reading that dbus had to be started before bluetooth.
So what i did is:
I made it so that dbus daemon was not backgrounded anymore, therefore it will surely be loader before bluetooth does
And is worked
Before putting this to SOLVED
should I do something with this information? (eg: share it somewhere?)

IMHO you found the solution reading our wiki, so most important information are inside the wiki, if you feel you can add a warnig box inside the wiki
