Nautilus text icon grid
Can anyone help me how to change text icon grid in nautilus look like finder. I try to use finder background as nautilus pattern, but icon and text still missing (can't integrate with pattern)

My first question would be, is that even Nautilus? The background looks kinda E17 like. Granted, it has some elements of nautilus, but it looks like it's something else. And maybe the background is simply transparent. Sorry I have more questions than answers.
