getmail

when i use command getmail,it downloads my emails but the names are encrypted.Is there any way to change it so i can tell which emails are which.the email names look like this:

1300846374.M322906P18425Q0R222b78e2c59cbfa1.localhost

also i have a cron set for getmail and every time it runs it downloads repeats of the same emails.
