mouse options which xorg file?

I want to add the
Option sensitivity
to set the sensitivity of my mouse, but among the wikies I only read config texts written in xorg.conf which I dont have because I use the xorg.d folder files, so which is the file where i should add this option?

Doesn't matter. Either xorg.conf, or a file of your choosing in xorg.conf.d. If you go with xorg.conf.d, the only requirement is that the filename ends in .conf
