[SOLVED] Mouse randomly stops working.

Hi,

My mouse randomly freezes making it incapable to move and click. I have checked the Xorg log and I am unsure what it could be:

[ 12.561] (II) config/udev: Adding input device MosArt Optical Mouse (/dev/input/event4)
[ 12.561] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: Applying InputClass "evdev pointer catchall"
[ 12.561] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: always reports core events
[ 12.561] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: Device: "/dev/input/event4"
[ 12.566] (--) MosArt Optical Mouse: Found 3 mouse buttons
[ 12.566] (--) MosArt Optical Mouse: Found scroll wheel(s)
[ 12.566] (--) MosArt Optical Mouse: Found relative axes
[ 12.566] (--) MosArt Optical Mouse: Found x and y relative axes
[ 12.566] (II) MosArt Optical Mouse: Configuring as mouse
[ 12.566] (II) MosArt Optical Mouse: Adding scrollwheel support
[ 12.566] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: YAxisMapping: buttons 4 and 5
[ 12.566] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: EmulateWheelButton: 4, EmulateWheelInertia: 10, EmulateWheelTimeout: 200
[ 12.566] (II) XINPUT: Adding extended input device "MosArt Optical Mouse" (type: MOUSE)
[ 12.566] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: (accel) keeping acceleration scheme 1
[ 12.566] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: (accel) acceleration profile 0
[ 12.566] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: (accel) acceleration factor: 2.000
[ 12.566] (**) MosArt Optical Mouse: (accel) acceleration threshold: 4
[ 12.566] (II) MosArt Optical Mouse: initialized for relative axes.
[ 12.567] (II) config/udev: Adding input device MosArt Optical Mouse (/dev/input/mouse0)
[ 12.567] (II) No input driver/identifier specified (ignoring)

I am completely stuck and any suggestions would be much apprechiated.

Thanks in advance.

Re: [SOLVED] Mouse randomly stops working.

Update:

It seems as though the keyboard has joined in. So now the keyboard and mouse stop working. I didn't change anything since my first post.

Edit: typo.

Re: [SOLVED] Mouse randomly stops working.

I did a full upgrade which apparently fixed the problems.
