fstab trying to check a mounted disk on startup

When I start archlinux I got a message like "the disk ... is mounted, do you really want to check it?" then telling me if I choose to do that something will happens that sounds dangerous. I guess GRUB will mount the drive in question as it is the root drive. So how do I make it so the drive become unmounted before the check or something?

Re: fstab trying to check a mounted disk on startup

It seem to be fixed after I did a system update. Strange.
