Okay, I've used the past 4 versions of Ubuntu and I'm honestly not liking the 11.04. So I want to give Arch a try, but I'm not sure which iso to download for my PC or if the PC will even run Arch. That's what I want to find out, I'll link you to my system but can you guys tell me if I can run Arch on it and what iso I would need to use please?

Yours is a modern 64 bit Intel processor, Take your pick of x86_64 or i686; They will both work just fine.
I suggest the 64 bit version. Be sure to read the Wiki for details

Okay, I seen a post about a graphical problem. Will I have to go download all of the drivers manually for everything?
Oh, and is there a difference between the two iso files? And what about the netinstall and core images, which should I use?

What video card you have? ATI/AMD, nVidia, Intel?

It's an integrated graphics, it should be listed in the system specs on that CNET page I linked.
EDIT:
Graphics Controller
Type - Integrated
Graphics Processor / Vendor - Intel GMA 3100 Dynamic Video Memory Technology 4.0

You'll find Arch a rewarding experience as it gives you complete control over your system. The trade-off is that you are expected to do quite a lot of the work yourself - in terms of familiarising yourself with your hardware, what is and isn't supported etc...
Please read the Arch Way and make every effort to read the excellent documentation that the community has provided.
From a cursory look at the specs of your machine, you should not have any particular issues.

Hi, you might want to try ArchBang... It's a live CD with Arch Linux + Openbox.
You can try it before installing it.

Oddly, nobody has mentioned the Beginners' Guide yet - so I will.

I'm sure people will scream at me but I suggest the i686 (32 bit) version because you will avoid some problems that way. And you have only 1GB RAM so you don't need 64 bit, and moreover 64 bit increases RAM usage by 20-25%.
On the other hand, some specific programs might run faster in 64 bit (encryption, graphics, compression...)

Okay, well I've been using 32-bit operating systems from teh day I bought the PC. So I'll use a 32-bit image, but should I use the netinstall or the core image?

If you have bandwidth to spare, netinstall would be much better.

Netinstall will mean you need an internet connection throughout the installation. It will probably work best if you use an Ethernet cable direct to your router/modem and have this connected before you boot up so the installer detects it from the start and configures it for you.
Core will have basic packages on it. You will still need to install a desktop, Ubuntu uses Gnome, Kubuntu uses KDE, Xubuntu uses XFCE, install whichever you are familiar with.
I honestly recommend you read the beginners guide linked above before you attempt this, as you have never set up a desktop environment in your previous installs. I found it very helpful, and I still didnt get it right yet.

I should warn you, you will not start with a graphical screen. I hope you're familiar with the console.
