[solved] udev automount user group

Hey,

when udev mounts e.g. an ext2 device the permissions are:

drwxr-xr-x 5 1001 users 4.0K Jun 8 2010 stuff

My users group is 1003 though and I can't figure out how to tell udev that.

The rule used is this one from the arch wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ud … 3B_ntfs-3g

Ideas?

Thanks,
demian

// Stupid me, I've been mounting too many NTFS devices where you have to set the permissions at every mount. I forgot that I could just change the permissions for the ext2 mount and it would stay that way whereever i mount it.
