Hello again everyone. I decided to start my laptop over again, and reinstall on an SSD. While everything was successful, I'm not able to install bin32-zsnes, because the AUR package must no longer exist or something. So, I decided to use the version in multilib, which is probably the same.
Anyway, when I tried to install zsnes from multilib, it tells me that gcc-libs and gcc-libs-multilib are in conflict, and it wants to remove gcc-libs. (Yes, I am on a 64-bit system). Is it making me choose between having a 32-bit and 64-bit version of gcc, or does gcc-libs-multilib include both?

As far as I know gcc-libs-multilib is the same as gcc-libs, but with additional support for multilib systems. I only have gcc, gcc-libs-multilib and lib32-gcc-libs on my system, which is 64bit with support for multilib.
You should be fine to replace the package.
