New Laptop HDD smartctl Reading Bad?

I've been researching about this laptop harddisk spin down problem and its starting to make me worry. My smartctl output doesn't appear to look very good...how do I interpret this?

Re: New Laptop HDD smartctl Reading Bad?

I have read that the error rate is often set to a high value initially. You might want to save that values and compare it with the values in a week maybe.

Re: New Laptop HDD smartctl Reading Bad?

what would be an acceptable increase in one week for the Load_Cycle_Count? I feel like mine is already way to high...
