I've been researching about this laptop harddisk spin down problem and its starting to make me worry. My smartctl output doesn't appear to look very good...how do I interpret this?

I have read that the error rate is often set to a high value initially. You might want to save that values and compare it with the values in a week maybe.

what would be an acceptable increase in one week for the Load_Cycle_Count? I feel like mine is already way to high...
