Arch Grub Broke Ubuntu [SOLVED]

Hi All,

I've just installed Arch's grub to sda and it overwrote Grub2 used by Ubuntu, so now I can boot to Arch but not to Ubuntu.

In my menu.1st I have the following for the Ubuntu entry:

title     Ubuntu 10.04
root     (hd2,2)                                 #/boot on my Ubuntu is on /dev/sdc3
kernel  /boot/grub/core.img

This is not working, as I get a File Not Found error but I know it is there, but this is how it is specified in the Arch wiki.

I have checked the entry at boot time and the entry is what I think it should be, and have tried a few other root entries although I think what I have is correct.

I'm happy to have Arch to play with but I do need my Ubuntu installation at the moment.

Cheers.

Re: Arch Grub Broke Ubuntu [SOLVED]

Try "kernel /grub/core.img".
