installed arch linux have gnome setup what now

first time using arch and im wondering what i should do i have my gnome desktop enviornment setup and im wondering what are the best things to do to configure my arch linux

Stand on one leg for about 23.5 seconds, then touch your nose with the big toe of the free leg. Practice until success. Then increase the duration to 52.3 seconds and touch your nose with the big toe of the leg you're standing on. Practice until success.
