tmpfs /tmp tmpfs defaults,noatime,nodev,nosuid,mode=1777 0 0
and from wiki Firefox Ramdisk
#!/bin/sh
static=main
link=my.default
volatile=/dev/shm/firefox-$USER
IFS=
set -efu
cd ~/.mozilla/firefox
if [ ! -r $volatile ]; then
mkdir -m0700 $volatile
fi
if [ "$(readlink $link)" != "$volatile" ]; then
mv $link $static
ln -s $volatile $link
fi
if [ -e $link/.unpacked ]; then
rsync -av --delete --exclude .unpacked ./$link/ ./$static/
else
rsync -av ./$static/ ./$link/
touch $link/.unpacked
fi
but when flash video is open (iotop):

and my disk spinup.

Looks like it's using /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer and /usr/lib/firefox-5.0/omni.jar which aren't part of the profile.

Yes, but I think they are in RAM, too.

Try keeping the iotop data up and letting it run a while:
$ iotop -Pao
