FSCK wants to run everytime I boot!

So, I dual boot Arch and win7, both 64-bit. I use ntfs-3g to take files from my Linux(ext4) to my windows(NTFS) and I also set my /etc/rc.conf to use "localtime" instead of "UTC", because the guys in the IRC told me to, but it didn't help. FSCK wants to run everytime at boot, and this is what my screen looks like at that time: http://i.imgur.com/GAQGI.jpg

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The "IRC guys" have their ish backwards. Use UTC in linux and in Windows. There's no shortage of info on how to make Windows behave sanely:

Try to set HARDWARECLOCK to something else entirely, so Arch will not do anything with the hardware clock. If you enter the recovery shell, do the fsck, and reboot right back into Arch does it still want to do the fsck?

Also, is your system time set properly in Arch?

Try to set your BIOS time first before booting into Arch, and perhaps you need ntp. I got the same problem few months ago (I have WinXP + Arch with ntp), fixed the BIOS time solve my problem. After that WinXP and Arch has the "same" time (set BIOS time to UTC+0 using Arch after sync with ntp first, then set my time in WinXP to GMT+7)

Just did the registry tweak in windows, let's see if it worked.

Rebooting now.
