Can I disable/remove SWAP and how?

I have 512mb RAM, but I use:
startx -> EvilWM -> URxvt -> tmux -> bash, irssi, rtorrent, mc, mocp.
By default it use only 45mb(!) RAM.

And firefox + ~100mb. Thats all.

I want to remove/disable swap. How? Comment line in /etc/fstab?

Yes. Also `swapoff` command to avoid a reboot.
