[SOLVED] What's wrong with my GNOME?

I've just installed GNOME3 and it doesn't look the way it should. Take a look at the picture. The gtk and icon themes, panel icons look way off. How can I fix this?

Re: [SOLVED] What's wrong with my GNOME?

it seems that you are missing gnome-themes-standard, gnome-icon-theme

how did you installed gnome? the only way is pacman -S gnome

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Re: [SOLVED] What's wrong with my GNOME?

anoknusa, thanks for the link.
wonder, you are right: I didn't install gnome the normal way. I moved all the downloaded packages from one machine to another and did an offline installation. In the process I must have overlooked something. So there were other problems as well, like screen started flickering after some time. So I reinstalled arch the usual way and it's working fine.
Thanks guys for taking time and responding.
