LXDE "Empty Recycle Bin", possible?

Hey guys , i am building a lxde arch and need to know if it is possible to add "empty recycle bin" when right click the trash can icon at desktop, using lxde

By the way.
Is possible to have an "My Computer" like icon, to show my hd , cd or usb drivers?

Here is my "My Computer" like icon:

[Desktop Entry]
Name=System
GenericName=System Locations
URL=computer:/
Icon=system
Type=Link
#OnlyShowIn=KDE;

I'd also like to know how to get the Empty bin to show up. Mine always shows full.
BTW,  I found pcmanfm-git (from the AUR) gives much  better trash management.
