Kernel-netbook installation

I just installed  3.0.1.2 kernel-netbook  from AUR using yaourt for my netbook and i was wondering what to do after i have installed my new kernel.
I mean that there is a wiki concerning it's installation but it is down for a couple of days now so i would appreciate it if someone could help me on this

As far as i can see in my /usr/src/ folder there is a folder called linux-3.0.1-netbook and also in my /boot folder there are System.map-netbook ,vmlinuz-netbook and kconfig-netbook files. The thing is that i don't know  if something is missing and what exactly to change in my menu.lst file

(i think that an .img file is missing but as a complete noob  i am not quite sure..)

Thank you in advance!

Re: Kernel-netbook installation

No, you don't need an initrd. Just add the kernel image as you would with any other kernel and skip the initrd-line.
