[SOLVED] Kipi-plugins installed but Gwenview does not show import/expo

I've installed kipi-plugins and libkipi but I don't see Import/Export services (Picassa,Facebook etc) in Gwenview. Do I need to do some configuration some where ? I am a new comer to Arch. I've installed the new core image and KDE 4.7 minimal on top of it yesterday and this is my first day with Arch.

Strangely, it is solved now after I opened ~/.kde4/share/config/gwenviewrc and closed it and restarted my PC. But I did not change/add anything in that file. Of course I've also parallely installed some more kde-graphics packages and updated the system. I don't know what has exactly solved my problem.
